I travel quite a bit for work, some hotel stays are good n some are not so good. My experiences n visits with Stanford hotel have been exquisite to say the least. Over the past year I have frequented many other hotels in the area and their staff n food have been better than most and most importantly affordable. They have great housekeeping by a cute curvy brunette who does a phenomenal job, she keeps my room fresh n clean always. A pleasant surprise for when I return back to my room from my busy day. They have a gym that I have used in the past which is unfortunately closed due to COVID19. My mornings have always blessed with good energy when I stay n that makes a huge difference. The girls at Monica's do an amazing job at making u feel welcome when we were able to dine in and now they offer room service to your door delivered by the boys Yogi, Joseph n Duke, even when it's -20c outside, it's still hot n ready for u so compliments to the chef ! The front desk staff have done a great job making my stay memorable, from issuing breakfast vouchers to saving me with new room key cards when I have locked myself out of my room, their hospitality has been 5 star. If u ask me what separates them from the rest, I would say it's the staff hands down. If I had to offer constructive criticism or negative feedback there's a few things that come to mind. To start I would say the bathroom could use a little reno fix up, some rooms the hanger fittings on the back of the bathroom door are missing n the toilette clogs easily sometimes. But overall my visits have been good n staff is willing to go above n beyond to deliver fantastic service. So enjoy your visit if u try them n don't forget to leave a tip for their stellar service. Thanks for having me!

I'm am from BC and had to come to Grand Prairie for medical reasons and we stayed in the Stanford Inn. Monica's Family restaurant is the restaurant that is on the property. As soon as we walked in the door the server greeted us with a smile and let us pick our own seat. She was by our table instantly and was extremely friendly. As we've never been here before she made some suggestions of what was really good on the menu, and let me tell you that was one of the best breakfasts I had in a long time. It wasn't even 10 minutes and we had our order. We didn't even have our second bite in and she did a quality check. Our coffee cups were never empty and she made us feel so welcome. The young ladies name was Misty and if you ever get a chance plz plz head over there and let Misty treat you like family. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Huge shout out to Misty

Great traditional home style breakfast, great service. Took the family there for Sunday breakfast. Hashbrowns were perfect, and pancakes were very good as well, not usually a pancake guy either. Little thrown off walking in as the support column by the entry was trashed and there was a spill right in front of the door. Inside was clean, food was awesome and price point was great. Highly recommended

We were stuck in Grand Prairie an extra night and this was honestly the only good experience we had the whole three days we were there. Mystee (hopefully spelt correctly) was an amazing server & super friendly. The food was a good, home cooked breakfast and great coffee. If we ever have to go back to Grand Prairie, we will definitely stop back in.
